Lead Designer, European Division

Since the company launched overseas business in 2013, he has closely cooperated with founder SINA from 2014, developing nearly 100 new styles per season. He assisted sellers in entering ASOS and built RAINBOW as Dongguan's leading streetwear export brand.

Senior Designer

He has worked closely with founder SINA for nearly 10 years, with an in-depth understanding of streetwear brand culture. In 2018, he cooperated with SAM and his team, founder of an Australian vintage streetwear brand. Over the past 6 years, he has greatly elevated our vintage streetwear lineup.

With 23 years of in-depth experience in the garment industry, Chen Chunlin has profound expertise in pattern development. Currently, he leads a top-notch pattern development team of over 20 people, which steadily includes more than 6 pattern masters with over 15 years of rich experience. He is well-versed in garment knowledge, fabric characteristics, and process SOPs.
