During the meeting, that month’s quality data is presented in a detailed and comprehensive manner. Through intuitive charts and precise figures, the quality status becomes clear at a glance. Key metrics—such as product pass rates, customer complaint rates, and service satisfaction scores—are all displayed transparently. Typical quality issue cases from production or service processes are thoroughly analyzed. We examine every stage, from raw material procurement and each step of the manufacturing process, to post-delivery user feedback, leaving no detail unchecked in our effort to identify root causes.
During the discussion session, participants actively share their views. Drawing on their professional expertise and practical experience, they engage in lively discussions on how to improve quality.
